Big Spring Ruck on 5/14/2022 to Benefit 4 Heroes!
Ruck HNL has teamed up with Country Fried Creative for the Big Spring Ruck on Saturday, May 14, 2022.
The event will start promptly at 10am at Line Creek Bus Barn in the new Fayetteville City Center.
All proceeds go to support 4 Heroes! Registration is only $25 and includes an official Big Spring Ruck patch.
The event will start and end at Line Creek Bus Barn. The 4-mile route around downtown Fayetteville promises to be scenic and fun. All fitness levels are welcome and no one will be left behind. Suggested weight for your ruck – 30# for men and 20# for women. Rucks are optional. BBQ and official 4 Heroes swag will be available for purchase after the event.
Virtual option – can’t be there in person? No problem. Sign up anyway and do the ruck on your own time using a route of your choosing. The virtual requirements are to make sure you ruck at least 4-miles with the suggested weight AND make sure your route passes by either a fire station and/or a police station.
